Ivanka was voted number 9 on the top best dress list by Vanity Fair. Not too shabby I guess to be number 9 on the list however if I was voting dress is not the only think I would count. What's it matter if you are the best dressed and have no brains? However Ivanka doesn't even have to worry about that because she has both. I would vote her the best catch.
